Both functions are completely integrated in the regular machine. The advantages are safe and reliable processes, as well as reduced production costs, since the additional processes use the handling units of the soldering machines (conveyors, grippers, axes etc.) and do not require additional floor space. All processes are integrated in one machine: selective fluxing, preheating, soldering (selective miniwave, selective multi-nozzle dip or even conventional wave soldering), automated selective brushing at the solder joints, AOI and cooling. Instead of performing all steps one after the other, the soldering process, brushing and AOI process can be performed in parallel for different boards, without influencing the regular cycle time for soldering. All process steps are linked with the mcServer and continuously exchange data. This allows complete monitoring of all processes. Collected process and machine data are made available for other applications, such as customer networks or MES systems.
