Rehm Thermal Systems

The heat source can be infrared, convection or other sources. A standard image length up to 350 mm are supported and the image length is adjustable to any length needed. The process chamber can move at adjustable speeds to provide the needed thermal profile during the time when the material flow is stopped for printing or other parallel process steps. For the time of material transport, the chamber moves synchronized back to the starting position. At this time the heating source can be switched off or set to a certain temperature to keep the temperature in the flexible material to assure same production start conditions every time.
