Many different trainings for operators, maintenance personnel, shift supervisors and quality control staff are available, such as fundamentals of wire processing, wire strippers, crimp/crimp machines, process modules, quality tools, software and networking, taping, test systems, etc. The courses are available on the online customer platform Komax Direct. Participants get a login to access and perform the training. It’s available around the clock and can be completed on any computer or tablet with an internet connection. Thus, course participants decide when and where to learn – and employers simply set a deadline for the training to be completed. The trainings are available in German, English, Chinese and Spanish. Each training takes approx. 30 min. Successful completion is rewarded with a personalized certificate from the Komax Academy.
