The Flexi Test 300 is characterized by its expandability with prefabricated, ready-to-install and tested function modules for products from a wide range of applications. Even coupling to existing customer transfer solutions is possible in both stand-alone and in-line test machines. Each function module is completely testable and verifiable outside of the application and thus, can be constructed beforehand on a workbench and then put into operation. They can be used, for example, for electrical testing, visual inspection, and marking of good parts as well as for customer-specific processes. Commissioning times for special machines are reduced to a minimum because only application-specific programming is required. A fieldbus connects the modules with the higher-level control unit. Any special modules required by the customer can be created by Schleuniger and delivered without high additional costs.
