First things first: After more than 20 years of the Automobil-Elektronik Kongress in Ludwigsburg, the event will have to move to Stuttgart in 2021. The reason for this are the Covid-19-related hygiene and distance regulations, which could not be guaranteed in Ludwigsburg in view of the large number of visitors. In the Carl-Benz Arena in Stuttgart, on the other hand, these can be complied with. After the trade congress was held purely digitally last year, this year it will be held as a hybrid event for the first time. While the digital participants will be able to follow the presentations from their homes or workplaces, the attendees will be able to listen to the presentations live and also make extensive use of the breaks and the evening event for networking.

The program of the 25th International Automobil-Elektronik Kongress includes 24 presentations from various topics. The focus of the presentations is mostly on software-defined cars, semiconductors, autonomous driving and electromobility.
